Originally a belt buckle from the 1930s, this pink-and-blue celluloid plaque brings immediate uplift with its cheerful color combo and joyful gathering of flowers rendered in delightful detail at center. The buckle becomes a pendant here and inspired the happy gathering of beads, from recycled African glass and tiny tumbled lapis to polished blue coral and two-tone Czech glass. A silvered copper hook clasps the necklace at 17.5" length (shortest strand) and the buckle measures 3.5" width.
